JEWELRY CARE TIPS:- Rubber Earring Stoppers:
The rubber earring stoppers are very tight and can be difficult to put on and remove. Instead of just pushing/pulling the stoppers onto the post or hook, twist it as you push or pull. This gives the stopper a little more slip and makes it a breeze to prevent your earrings from slipping out! Just remember to hold the post or the top of the hook when positioning the stoppers to prevent injury to yourself or damage to the earring.

- What Does 'R2S' Stand For?
'R2S' stands for Ready-to-Ship and refers to all items that are ready to ship within the next shipping date. This includes most one-of-a-kind (OOAK) items, however does not include made-to-order (MTO) items.
- Do You Accept Commissions Or Special Orders?
Yes! I will work with you side-by-side, piece-by-piece to form the perfect design. (Payment must be submitted before supplies can ordered).
- Do You Restock Your Items? When? How Long?
Generally yes, items are re-stocked. Most items endure a trial phase when they are first posted, to test their popularity. Some items are continually re-stocked. Some items are re-stocked pending resource availability, while some are one-of-a-kind or OOAK items and may only be available for custom order with special accommodations. If you see an item that says 'Sold Out', please do not hesitate to ask. I always confirm that the supplies for an item are available to me before I offer it for sale, however there are times when supplies are not available, yet I would still like to stock the item. In this case, I allow the item to remain 'Sold Out' and notify all interested clients upon the definite availability of the item. Re-stocking time depends on resource availability. If you are interested in a particular piece, please feel free to ask!

All items arrive gift-boxed at no extra charge.

Most rings are adjustable and can be adjusted to perfection. Also, if you accidentally order the incorrect size, simply send a message promptly with the correct size. If your size is not listed below, please ask, I will find the correct conversion for you.

Yes. Always. If your question is not answered here in the FAQS, chances are the issue has not previously arisen. You are always encouraged and welcome to ask questions and you will always receive an answer. I value all comments and questions from my customers and clients. SHIPPING:- Where Does Blue Anchor Ship?
Blue Anchor ships everywhere except Mexico and countries where certain items are prohibited. Please check your local postal regulations to determine whether you can order such items to your country. Blue Anchor currently ships worldwide for a flat rate of $3-$8 depending on the item(s) purchased USD. All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service. Insurance is only available for US citizens at this time and is currently included for purchases with a total of $20 USD or more, before a shipping fee is added.
- How Long Will My Order Take To Ship?
Orders can take up to two(2) business weeks until it ships. Ship time depends on the uniqueness and availability of the item. Some items are are strictly made-to-order. RETURNS:- Certain items may be returned under the following conditions:
Please send notification before all returns. Unworn items may be returned for a refund, within reason, please contact me for all return inquiries. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Certain items such as earrings, hair accessories and cloth chokers are non returnable due to their intimate nature of wear. Commissions/custom orders are non-returnable. Natasha Paulson/Blue Anchor is not responsible for damage incurred through customer use or the shipment process and does not accept returns due to damage resulting from customer use or the shipment process. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me! Every piece is inspected for workmanship before shipment. However, if a replaceable piece (a part that is not permanently held in place) does happen to break or loosen; loops, cracked stone or bead, chain or such, please see the following option..
- Oh no! I've Broken-/This Needs Resizing..
If you somehow manage to break your treasure, or you discover your item is improperly sized (which is why it is very important to make sure you are receiving and submitting the proper measurement) simply ship it back for adjustments or repair, free of charge. However, you are responsible for shipping it back for repairs (avoid using priority, it's pricey). Blue Anchor reserves the right to charge for any shipping fees, materials or labor per the circumstance. If such charges are necessary, you will be notified before any work is completed. Unless extensive damage occurs, such fees will be minimum.
